Update the App to the Latest Version
Update to the latest version on the App Store / Google Play.
Completely Close and Restart the App
Close World App completely from your task manager, then reopen it.
Restart Your Smartphone
Restarting your device itself can sometimes resolve issues.
Check Your Internet Connection
Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. If using a VPN, try temporarily turning it off.
If the above doesn't resolve the issue: Contact support through the World App. Having details about the problem, when it occurred, and screenshots of error messages will help resolve things faster.

About Orb Verification
"Verification failed" is displayed
→ Try again keeping these 3 points in mind: "open your eyes wide", "lift your bangs to show your forehead", "stay still".
"Already registered" is displayed
→ You may have already been Orb-verified. World ID is limited to one per person.
QR code won't scan
→ Maximize screen brightness and regenerate the QR code.
About World App
Balance not showing
→ Pull down to refresh. If this doesn't help, contact support.
Can't log in
→ Make sure you're using the correct login method. If you haven't set up backup, account recovery is not possible.
About WLD (Worldcoin)
WLD not received after Orb verification
→ WLD is not delivered automatically. You can receive it by pressing the Claim button in the app, 24 hours or more after Orb verification.
About Your Account
Lost phone or changed devices
→ Install World App on your new device and log in using your previously configured login method.
Important: World App is a self-custody wallet. If you haven't set up login backup, account recovery is not possible. The support team cannot assist with account recovery.
