Service Description
Humanary (hereinafter "the Service") is a platform for publishing and sharing profile information of users who have received World ID Orb verification. Through the Service, users can prove that they are real humans and participate as members of a trusted community.
Account
- •World ID Orb verification is required to use the Service.
- •Only one account per person can be created.
- •We use World ID nullifier_hash to identify accounts.
User Responsibilities
- •Register accurate and up-to-date information
- •Do not post illegal, harmful, or content that infringes on third-party rights
- •Do not engage in defamation or harassment of other users
- •Properly manage account information
Prohibited Activities
- •Registering false information
- •Unauthorized access or interference with the Service
- •Spam, fraud, or other fraudulent commercial activities
- •Activities that violate laws and regulations
Account Suspension and Deletion
The operator may suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these Terms without prior notice.
Users may request account deletion by contacting the operator. Please contact us at the email address listed in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights related to the Service's logo, design, software, etc. belong to the operator.
Copyright of content posted by users (profile information, bio, links, etc.) belongs to the users.
Users grant the operator a free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and reproduce posted content to the extent necessary for the Service.

- •The Service may be interrupted, changed, or terminated without notice.
- •The operator assumes no responsibility for troubles between users.
- •The operator assumes no responsibility for damages arising from the use of the Service.
Trademarks
This Service is not an official service of World / Tools for Humanity.
World ID and Orb are trademarks of Tools for Humanity, Inc.
Service Changes and Termination
The operator may change the content of the Service or terminate the provision of the Service without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
The operator may change these Terms as necessary.
For significant changes, notice will be provided on the Service.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for all disputes related to the Service.
